Position Description

Applicant will be responsible for providing “Four Diamond / Luxury” Guest Service to our Guest at all times.   The Marketing Web Developer position involves leading custom web design and development throughout the entire project life cycle.  You will experience the freedom of building custom web sites, micro sites, landing pages, prospecting sites, user portals, and mobile applications using your own leadership and programming skills.  Our web developers are capable of full cycle project leadership including application architecture, design input, site layout/user interface, database design/programming, .NET development, Open Source, and Mobile Application development.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. 5-10+ years of rapid web development, using HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, ASP.Net, C#, and T-SQL.  Familiarity with Kentico CMS a plus.  Practical skill in developing and implementing other Open Source Software like Concrete5, Drupal, Joomla, DotNetNuke, etc, as well as, Mobile Application development.
2. Candidates should have proven .NET experience as well as a solid understanding of Object Oriented Design and Programming.
3. Proven exposure and/or experience with some or all of the following: Java Server Pages and Java, XML, PHP, Oracle, MS SQL Server, ColdFusion Server, CFML, CFScript, IIS, Windows Server environments, Open Source CMS, and Mobile Application Development.
4. A solid understanding of web application development processes, from the layout/user interface to relational database structures.
5. Understanding the benefits of SEO and the development skills to support SEO are required.
6. Practical experience in development of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, Perl, graphics creation with Photoshop, Illustrator, (Adobe Creative Suite), multimedia creation with Flash, ActionScript, (Macromedia Studio).
7. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
8. Ability to communicate directly with peers, managers, and departments while leading development to a completed and successful solution. Engage in outside-the-box thinking to provide high value-of-service to Marketing team
9. Alert colleagues to emerging technologies or applications and the opportunities to integrate them into operations and activities.
10. Strong organization skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly within the constraints of timelines and budgets.
11. Ability to grow professionally in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment.
12. Awareness and pride in 100% client satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, web design/development, and/or marketing or a related field, or significant equivalent experience.
2. Casino, Hospitality, E-Commerce experienced preferred.
3. Desire and willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team-oriented environment.
