Its a great time to join TMP. Were currently seeking a Media Executive. In this role, you will work closely with your assigned clients to service their advertising and media needs. The ability to create trust and confidence with your clients is essential.

Responsibilities:

* Act as one of the primary point of contact for assigned clients
* Develop and maintain strong active relationships with key client stakeholders
* Manage and oversee clients job posting requests in print and interactive media
* Identify opportunities for performance improvement and upsell
* Work as part of an interdisciplinary team of agency professionals including production, creative, media, finance and billing
* Work with Account Directors, Business Development and proposal team to aid in answering inquiries from potential clients
* Provide client reporting on an as-needed basis
* Do ad placement, Insertion Orders (I.O.s) and contacting media
* Media planning, research and recommendations
* Preparing billing and forecast

Skills/Requirements:

* Minimum 'O' / 'A' Level
* Minimum 2 years business experience, digital or online advertising industry preferred
* Knowledge and understanding of media
* Applicants should be Singaporean/PR, or hold relevant residence status
* Demonstrated experience building relationships with clients
* Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) in English and Chinese
* Strong interpersonal, customer service, organizational and problem-solving skills
* Strong self-discipline and time management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
* Detail oriented and accuracy a must
* Strong self-discipline and time management skill
* Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office tools
* Ability to handle many projects at one time and maintain calm under pressure
