If you don't have sales experience, you must state why you would be good at sales.

Everyone, however, must enter as part time sales. Depending on your trial, depends on the future position after review. You are not guaranteed a position after part time, but you may stay as part time for as long as it takes to move up. You are reviewed monthly. As soon as your success and experience grows, you will be promoted immediately.
