The Client Success Manager’s responsibilities include meeting and exceeding contractual obligations, recognizing and acting on up-sell opportunities, and establishing and maintaining strong client relationships. The Client Success Manager will also assist in partnership marketing, business development and sales for multiple products.
* Manage overall relationship with clients (i.e. support technology integration, coordinate communication, report results, etc.)
* Ensure obligations of the partnership are met, that expectations are exceeded, and retention goals are met/exceeded.
* Work with and coordinate cross-functional teams (Ad Ops, Marketing, Product, Technology, etc.) to ensure business goals are met.
* Develop relationships with strategic external partners (execute/implement partner into program, enhance the customer experience, drive acquisition, and promote loyalty).
* Identify and develop cross-sell/up-sell opportunities with partners and clients.
* Ability to sell and communicate the value of our solutions and audience.
* Able to understand and communicate technology to and from the client and troubleshoot as needed.
* Able to identify up-sell opportunities and communicate value proposition.
* Able to create account strategy and implementation plans.
* Able to use influencing and negotiations skills to accomplish tasks cross-functionally.
* Strong knowledge of social media, especially Twitter.
* Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytic and presentation skills particularly using Excel and PowerPoint.
* Knowledge of online advertising including display and search advertising.
* Knowledge of the recruitment and/or career development space preferred.
* Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills in a fast paced, dynamic, environment.
