Urbanity Dance is looking for 1-2 fall interns. Commitment would be 10-12 hours a week.

College students interested in pursuing careers in Arts Administration and Arts Management are encouraged to apply. Interns will play an active, direct, hands on role in the continued growth and evolution of this new dance company, building their resume while really making a difference. Arts Administrators are expected to be knowledgeable in a variety of fields. Responsibilities will vary weekly and according to interns interests but there are opportunities to gain experience: Marketing (Integrated Marketing Communications, Vertical Marketing, Public Relations, Web Networking), Development (Donor Relations), Media and Website Design/Content (video, photo, web), Finance (managing budget: revenue, expenses), Special Event Planning and Database Management.
