Client reception: Our Receptionist is our only chance at a good first impression, every day. Our Receptionist must greet our caller with a smile in his or her voice, find out quickly how we can help them, and make them glad they called. Other duties include Postage and mail handling, filing, and various other tasks as skills allow.
