GENERAL FUNCTION: Responsible for selling additional Vantiv merchant products or services into already existing unassigned merchant accounts. Referral of existing merchant accounts to internal partners for sale of additional Vantiv products and services.
DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:* Grow existing unassigned merchant relationships by identifying and closing the sales of additional merchant products and services.* Refer existing merchant customers to Vantiv partners for sale of additional Vantiv products and services.* Develop and maintain a prospect list to ensure timely contact and efficient prospect management.* Track all sales activity in a pipeline and perform daily (or as requested) reviews with management.* Educate prospects on Vantiv advantages and evaluate prospect's strategic plan to ensure Vantiv remains an integral part of their processing environment.* Identify prospect issues and/or concerns and notify management.* Ensure customers are set up properly on Vantiv systems and processing most efficiently according to their environment.* Respond promptly to prospect inquiries and requests, coordinate activities of appropriate Vantiv personnel to address prospect questions.* May act as a mentor to sales representatives with less experience.* Meet individual and team goals set forth by management.* Develop a growing knowledge of Vantiv merchant products and pricing.* Assumes additional responsibilities and coordinate additional projects as needed.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS ABILITIES REQUIRED:
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Experience with Microsoft products, such as Access, Word, Excel and Outlook a must.
· One (1) or more years prior sales experience preferred.
· Prior call center sales experience preferred.
· High level of organizational skills.
· High School Diploma or equivalent a must.
· College degree or active pursuit of a college degree preferred.
