Overview

Key intern wanted to assist the Chairman & CEO of VOMI, the world's leading and only global Virtual Organization Management education provider. Will support the Executive Committee of VOMI Global Think Tank & Advisory Board and be trained in various aspects of Virtual Organization Management. Will serve as a point of contact with both internal and external contacts and high-level executives, including domestic and foreign government officials and policy-makers. Will also be involved, under strict supervision, in planning and/or attending Board meetings; learning and using parliamentary procedures based on Robert's Rules of Order; recording and transcribing minutes of board meeting; and helping draft Board resolutions.
