Overview

Working directly with the Chairman of the VOMI Global Think Tank & Advisory Board and other Committee and Subcommittee Chairs and Vice Chairs, you will be involved in preparing, reviewing and compiling, under strict supervision, corporate governance documents, contracts and agreements, including executive compensation and benefit plans; scheduling and coordinating meetings of the VOMI Global Think Tank & Advisory Board; participating in steering committees in an observer capacity; scheduling of elections and ad hoc meetings with corporate executives, public officials, and domestic and foreign dignitaries; learning parliamentary procedures based on Robert's Rules of Order; and recording and transcribing minutes of Think Tank-Advisory Board meetings; and helping draft board resolutions.
