Overview

Seeking dynamic, hard-working, creative, and self-motivated MBA/Ph.D human resources interns with a passion for all things EXECUTIVE Compensation and Benefits; who can bring creative ideas to the Executive Compensation and Benefits team and help implement them. Will support the Finance and Compensation Subcommittee of VOMI Global Think Tank & Advisory Board. Will be involved, under strict supervision, in the development, implementation, administration, and maintenance of executive compensation and benefit programs, including research and communications, incentive plan design and analysis, ad hoc reporting, and the preparation of Finance and Compensation Committee materials. Will also be involved in scheduling and coordinating meetings of the VOMI Global Think Tank & Advisory Board and drafting of Board resolutions; participating in steering committees in an observer capacity; scheduling of ad hoc Board meetings and briefings with corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and policy makers worldwide; learning and using parliamentary procedures based on Robert's Rules of Order; and recording and transcribing minutes of board meetings. Will gain significant exposure to technical and tax aspects of executive compensation (e.g., 162(m), 409(A), ERISA, etc.), employment agreements, separation agreements, retention agreements, termination agreements, etc., and compensation plan amendments.
