Overview

Seeking enthusiastic, global-oriented, and self-motivated interns with a passion for Virtual Organizations and Financial Analysis. Will support the Finance and Compensation Committee of VOMI Global Think Tank and Advisory Board, a newly formed and powerful internal advocacy force within VOMI. Will have an opportunity, under strict supervision, to work on a variety of assignments in the areas of budgeting, financial analysis of upstream projects, cost/benefit analysis, sales and profit forecasting within different business units, and competitive intelligence. Will also be involved, under strict supervision, in planning and/or attending Board meetings; learning and using parliamentary procedures based on Robert's Rules of Order; recording and transcribing minutes of board meeting; and helping draft Board resolutions.
