Overview

VOMI offers UNPAID fellowships for aspiring "Virtual Organization Management" educational administrators and researchers interested in conducting research and assisting in upcoming programs and publications of the VOMI Global think Tank and Advisory Board. Fellows work "behind-the-scenes" with the Chair, Education Committee and the Chairman of VOMI on upcoming programs (symposiums, colloquiums, summits, conferences) related to Virtual Organization Educational Administration. The fellows program provides an immersive opportunity to conduct virtual organization research and experience first-hand virtual organization educational administration at an educational institute that is strictly focused on virtual organization management. This program is intended for recent Ph.Ds or postdocs (no more than 1 year since graduation) or Ph.D students in their final year or last year of dissertation, who are interested in virtual organization management research and publication, or virtual organization educational administration, and are actively developing their work and career. Applicants must commit to regularly scheduled hours each week during the 12-month period. Applications are reviewed throughout the year for candidates who meet our requirements. Will also be involved in planning and/or attending Board meetings; learning and using parliamentary procedures based on Robert's Rules of Order; recording and transcribing minutes of board meeting; and drafting board resolutions.
