Will support the entire VOMI Global Think Tank and Advisory Board, a powerful advocacy arm of VOMI. Activities include support for performing competitive analyses around key customer experience drivers, measuring the customer experience, and articulating key findings and actions to board members and corporate executives. Will also be involved, under strict supervision, in providing client support; planning and attending Board meetings; learning and using parliamentary procedures based on Robert's Rules of Order; and recording and transcribing minutes of board meeting.
