Overview

Seeking enthusiastic, global-oriented, and self-motivated member relationship management interns with a passion for Member Relationship Management and Social Media; who can bring creative ideas to the membership management team and help implement them. Will support the Membership Subcommittee of VOMI Global Think Tank and Advisory Board with its membership research and outreach activities. Will have an opportunity to develop a solid understanding of the role of member relationship management (300,000+ members) in business/marketing strategy; as well as learn techniques for, and develop leadership skills in, social media-based member acquisition, relationship loyalty, retention and reclamation. Will also be involved, under strict supervision, in planning events and attending Board meetings; learning and using parliamentary procedures based on Robert's Rules of Order; recording and transcribing minutes of board meeting; and drafting Board resolutions.
