Overview

Key intern wanted to work directly with the Chairman of VOMI. You will be trained on basic virtual organization management best practices, policies and procedures and be taught how to support, monitor and evaluate the performance of virtual organization team members. Will also be involved, under strict supervision, in planning and/or attending Board meetings; learning and using parliamentary procedures based on Robert's Rules of Order; recording and transcribing minutes of board meeting; and helping draft Board resolutions.
