Overview

Working directly with key corporate stakeholders, including the Chairman of VOMI, you will be trained on the essential elements of virtual organization management and how to architect and setup a basic virtual organization platform based on these elements. Will, under strict supervision, support the Global Virtual Infrastructure Committee of VOMI Global Think Tank and Advisory Board and, when necessary, interface with other external stakeholders and business partners. May also be involved, under strict supervision, in planning and/or attending Board meetings; learning and using parliamentary procedures based on Robert's Rules of Order; recording and transcribing minutes of board meeting; and helping draft Board resolutions.
