has grown to a network of 80+ individual team blogs, columns, videos, podcasts and more.
Internship Description
Rant Sports is currently looking for interns to cover Big Ten teams for Big 10 Rant (www.big10rant.com).
Each writer will be assigned one school in the Big Ten. They will be directly supervised by the Lead
Content Editor of Big 10 Rant. Interns will be required to work 10-15 hours per week. Roles include, but
are not limited to:
Lead Blogger for selected Big Ten team
Covering team news, rumors, recruits, games, etc.
Article Promotion via Twitter, Facebook, etc.
Weekly column on Big 10 Rant and/or Rant Sports
Research for upcoming articles
Offsite promotion on school campus
Interns will have the opportunity for their content to be featured on current Rant Sports content partner
sites: FOXSports.com, YardBarker.com, Topix.com, and others.
Internship Location
The position is work from home. Intern will be required to have their own materials (laptop, internet,
etc).
Internship ship is unpaid, but can be used for class credit if approved by school.
