Human Resources interns will have the opportunity to work directly under the Human Resources Director, and learn through hands on experience the daily operations of the HR office. Interns will engage in tasks such as assisting in the preparation of new employee paperwork, reviewing timesheets, and learning benefits administration. Interns will have the opportunity to view resumes and tapes, as well as setting-up interviews for potential employees and interns. HR interns observe interviews and the decision making process of hiring new employees.
