This position is located in Arlington, VA, in support of the Air Force Foreign Military Sales (FMS)/ Foreign Military Finance (FMF). This position will provide technical architectures, logistics and ERP subject matter expertise in the development of FMS business environment architecture artifacts. The candidate must provide organizational change management while developing and leveraging a structured change management approach and methodology within a DoD FMS environment. The candidate will also lead the AF risk management strategy by defining file and data formats for FMS Legacy-to-ERP data exchanges.

Education: Bachelor of Arts or Science degree required and 4 years experience required.

Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Demonstrated ability to perform project tasks in the following areas: Service Oriented Architecture; Enterprise ERP Application and Software Development Cycle; Large scale AF FMS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation; AF FMS ERP efforts and legacy FMS case management, logistics, and financial management subject matter.
