DescriptionSuccessful candidate will provide analytical, advisory, management, technical and functional support needed to serve as the principal administrative coordinator performing various information management duties in support of Beale AFB MC-12W Project Liberty staffs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree desired. Experience: Eight (8) years operational experience within an Air Force flying squadron required. Of those eight (8) years, four (4) years acting as a squadron executive officer, section commander, or squadron superintendent, and four (4) years experience as squadron Records Custodian. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Candidate should have: In depth knowledge of Electronic Management System (EMS) and SharePoint for tracking evaluations, awards, and other electronic files; In depth knowledge of matters relating to manning, duty information, assignments, Officer and Enlisted performance reports, medals and decorations, and temporary duty using Assignment Management System, Military Personnel Data System, Base Level Service Delivery Model, Personnel Records Data Application, and Personnel Concept III System; and Working knowledge of MS Office products.
