Physical Security Manager / Special Access Program (SAP) Program Management Support and Information Assurance Officer (IAO). Successful candidate will plan, organize, and assist in directing all security activities of the Beale AFB MC-12W/ 9 RW Advanced Program Office ensuring SAP and related security program functions comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet the organization’s and higher headquarters’ needs. Assist in the development of goals and objectives that integrate organization and security program objectives. Research, interpret, and apply federal, DOD, AF, and command guidelines, policies, and regulations. Assist in the development and establishment of policies and procedures for accomplishment of effective security program administration. The contractor shall provide technical and functional support needed for management of the information, industrial, physical and personnel security programs, activities and functions of the SAP.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree desired.

Experience:
Four (4) years operational experience within the high or medium altitude reconnaissance mission area or six (6) years operational experience within the airborne ISR mission area; Four (4) of those years experience working with higher headquarters level staffs. Three (3) years experience in SAP security and Global Hawk, DGS, and U-2 experience is desired.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Candidate should have: Knowledge in SAP security; In-depth knowledge of ISR programs and capabilities to assist with the detailed development of theater war plans, collection planning, and proposed changes to AFIs that effect ISR operational processes and procedures; In-depth knowledge of ISR weapon systems to include aircraft, sensors, and data links; and Working knowledge of all service’s associated ground receiving, processing and exploitation systems.
