Apply knowledge of management functions, processes and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze and evaluate information required by GOVERNMENT managers and customers. Draws conclusions and devises solutions to problems relating to organizational structures and resource requirements, utilization or control. Assesses the structure of the organization to determine short-range and long-range functional manning requirements. May perform work measurement studies or workload change impact analyses. Evaluates and analyzes the disciplines and related specialized skill requirements for changing programs and missions of the organization. May brief representatives of the organization for the purpose of explaining human resources issues, soliciting support, and encouraging feedback and suggestions to improve human resources management. Some travel is required to other government and defense industry locations. This position is contingent upon award of task. Work hours are no more than 40 hours per week.

Education: Met General Education Development (GED) requirements. A Bachelor's degree is desired. Certification as a Program Management Professional from PMI or Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP) Level III in Acquisition Management desired.

Experience/Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: A Minimum of 10 years management analysis experience or Bachelors Degree and 6 years experience in relevant area is required. Recent experience at Wright-Patterson AFB in system program offices, research laboratory or headquarters is desired.
