Young Womens Global Skills Program is an initiative in support, skills development and vocational educational for young Indian women.

Global Skills Program provides integrated internationally certified qualifications in the areas of:

Childcare, learning and development
Retail and Sales
Health and Social Care
Hospitality, Housekeeping and Kitchen Management

In addition, Global Skills Program, provides additional education and skills development in;

Spoken English and IELTS
Operating computers & other electronic housekeeping equipment
Western Kitchen, Cooking & Table Etiquettes
Cross-cultural Awareness and Social Skills
Family caregiver and health education
Women rights and legal support
Car driving

Our vocational qualifications are designed and developed by International training and accreditation institutions, giving the students an Internationally recognized qualification at the completion of their studies. These qualifications in combination with our additional skills development programs, will lead to increased confidence, skill development, and empowerment and enhanced career pathway opportunities for local women from rural Punjab before they move abroad. These accredited qualifications and skills development programs will be facilitated and delivered through our 5 accredited training institutes throughout Punjab.

Young Women's Global Skills Program seeks to facilitate the personal and career development young women whilst providing social and environmental benefits to the community. In this way, Global Skills Program focuses on beneficiary specific learning solutions through skills development, long-term career guidance and support, practical experience and a reliable, high quality international qualification.

This program is currently under development and implementation. We plan to have the first courses running by October 2012. We are seeking committed individuals with a background in education, project planning or training and development.
